Privacy policy

This policy describes the Listing Studio by Eddie iPhone app and this support website, operated by Edmond Berisha. Contact: studiolisting7@gmail.com.

Your listing information

The app stores titles, prices, condition, pickup areas, notes, descriptions, status, and selected photos locally on your iPhone. Your inventory is not automatically uploaded. If you use optional AI generation, the selected request is sent as described below. The app does not require an account and has no advertising, analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking.

Photos you select

You select images using Apple's photo picker. The app saves reduced-size copies and re-encodes them without the original EXIF metadata. Original photos in your library remain unchanged.

Optional AI photo descriptions

In the AI-enabled family beta, choosing Generate description from photos and confirming sharing sends up to the first three reduced-size photos and the supplied item details through our Cloudflare-hosted service to Google Gemini. Google returns a suggested title, description, and review notes. You choose whether to apply the draft. Manual editing does not require AI.

Google may use inputs and outputs from its free API tier to improve its products. Avoid sending private or sensitive images or text. See Google’s Gemini API terms. Cloudflare and Google process requests and connection information under their own service and retention practices. Our service code does not save photos, prompts, or generated drafts in a database or intentionally write them to application logs; this does not mean providers retain no data.

The separate family access code is stored in your iPhone Keychain and sent to our service to authorize AI requests. The Google API key stays on the server. Choose Forget saved access code in the app to remove the code from your phone. Removing local listings does not erase provider records of earlier AI requests.

Copying and sharing

Copying places text on your device's clipboard. Sharing sends your chosen content to the destination you select in the iOS share sheet. Opening Facebook Marketplace or a website takes you to an external service with its own privacy practices. The app does not collect Facebook credentials or publish listings automatically.

Storage, backups, and deletion

Listings remain in app storage until deleted or the app is deleted. Deleting a listing removes its record and unused saved photo copies. Device backups may include app data, depending on your Apple settings. Manage retained backups through Apple. Deleting data in the app does not remove content you previously shared elsewhere. The app itself does not provide cloud synchronization.

Support email

If you email support, we receive your email address and the message and attachments you send. Gmail processes these communications. We use them to respond, troubleshoot, and keep a record of support requests for as long as needed for those purposes. You can request deletion of support correspondence by emailing us; provider backups or applicable retention obligations may affect when all copies are removed.

This website

These pages do not contain advertising, analytics scripts, forms, or browser storage added by us. Hosting providers may process connection information such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs to deliver and secure the website. Following links or sending email involves the privacy practices of those services.
